2) Transfer should be net and exclusive of any bank charges to the Meeting.

4. Cancellation Policy
1) All cancellations made in writing and received by the APSN 2018 Secretariat by May 31,2018 will be eligible for a full refund minus a USD 100 administration fee (regardless of the amount of refund).
2) Any cancellations made between July 1 and 31, 2018 will be refunded 50% of total payment made.
3) No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after August 1, 2018 or for no-shows.
4) All approved refunds will be processed after the meeting starting from September 1, 2018  onwards.

5. Confirmation of Attendance
You will receive a confirmation of registration by e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail from the Meeting Secretariat in a reasonable time, please send an e-mail to apsn2018macau@gmail.com.
